Artem Volynets assumed position of Chief Executive Officer of En+ Group in December 2010. He was First Deputy CEO of the company since June 2010.

Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, Mr. Volynets has held the position of Director for Corporate Strategy and Business Development in UC RUSAL where he was responsible for identifying opportunities to support the growth and development of UC RUSAL. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Volynets was Chief Development Officer and Vice President of Business Development at SUAL International Limited.

From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Volynets worked as a consultant and corporate finance advisor at Monitor Group in London on more than 25 major international strategy and M&A projects.

Artem Volynets graduated from the Moscow State University with degrees in Geology and Philosophy. He also holds a BA in Economics from the American University in Washington, D.C. and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Alexander Filatov was appointed to CEO of Russian Machines Corporation in August 2010. Mr Filatov served five years as head of the company's strategic development and planning directorate and for two years also supervised the freight car and aircraft manufacturing business of the Corporation.

Mr Filatov joined Russian Machines Corporation after a successful career with Procter & Gamble where, since 2000, he headed a regional division of the company's European office in Geneva.  Prior to that role, from 1994-1999, he was in the company's marketing division.

Alexander Filatov graduated with honours from the Moscow Aviation Institute in 1997 and holds an Executive MBA from the Lausanne Business School (Switzerland).

Mikhail Volkov joined Basic Element in 2007.

Before joining the company, he held various positions in NASTA Insurance Company, SUN Group, Coopers & Lybrand and Vienna Brew-House.

Mikhail Volkov graduated from St. Petersburg State Technical University and holds an EMBA degree from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago. He has been an affiliate member of ACCA since 1997.

Denis Iliyin joined Basic Element in October 2008 as a Business Development Director of Aviation Sector.  

Prior to joining Basic Element, Denis Ilyin has worked for more than 13 years at the Volga-Dnepr Group. During 2006-2007, he held a position of General Director of AirBridgeCargo Airlines, a company owned by the Volga-Dnepr Group, later becoming Senior Vice-President for Strategy, Marketing and Sales. Before his work with AirBridge, from 1998 to 2004, Denis worked at JV HeavyLift-Volga-Dnepr and Volga-Dnepr UK Ltd. at London-Stansted airport in the United Kingdom.

Denis Ilyin graduated from the Moscow State University with degrees in Applied Mathematics and Philology. He is currently undertaking Executive MBA program at the London Business School.

Before joining the Group's construction division, he served as a Member of the 5th assembly State Duma, as a Representative of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Khakassia in the Federal Council and as the Republic's First Deputy Prime Minister. Arkady Sarkisyan previously worked as Executive Director of GAZ, Vice-president of the Sibal Group and Deputy General Director at the Sayan Aluminum Plant. He also served 20 years in the Russian Navy retiring as captain III rank.

Arkady Sarkisyan is a graduate of Khakas State University with a major in law and the P. Nakhimov Black Sea Higher Naval School. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Training Faculty at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. He defended his doctoral dissertation on "Anti-crisis management at the enterprises" at the Saint Petersburg State University in 2000.
